Chapter 1: Natural Fragrances

We make robust cold process soap with a core recipe designed to make you feel extraordinary on an ordinary day. Simple soaps are a fine thing, but why settle?

We use natural fragrance oils. They offer more consistent scent profiles and longer lasting, stronger fragrances than essential oils.

Natural Fragrance Oils VS. Synthetic Fragrance oils.

  • Natural: Derived from raw, plant-based materials.
  • Synthetic: Made from petroleum by-products in a labratory.

Natural Fragrance Oils VS. Essential Oils . While both are natural, they are distinct in their processes.

  • Essential oils: 100% pure extracts (steam distillation or cold-pressed) from plant material, holding therapeutic properties.
  • Natural Fragrance oils: Blends of natural isolates (fractions of essential oils) to create specific smells.

Chapter 2: Made by Hand

  • Small batches means about 20 bars - poured and cut.
  • Exfoliants are crushed in a stone mortar and pestle.
  • Each soap bar is hand-wrapped in real book pages.
  • Paper elements have torn edges, tea staining, and an authentic wax seal
  • Our brand is built on the philosophy that comfort in our own skin is the real luxury. That means supporting our mental health with an ordinary shower and acknowledging we have the power to change our story.

Chapter 3: A Bar Apart

  • Triple butters ensure both a hard bar and gentleness
  • Evening Primrose Oil soothes irritated skin
  • Olive Oil is the deeply moisturizing heart of the soap
  • Rose-Infused Honey bolsters lather
  • Castor Oil stabilizes lather for longer
  • Coconut Milk makes lather creamier and denser
  • Bentonite Clay minimizes pores and removes excess oil
  • Coconut Oil enhances conditioning and cleanses skin
  • Tussah Silk add glorious texture
  • No colorants. It just is what it is.

The goal is healthy skin, not perfect skin.

Chapter 4: Take Ten Minutes

You ever have those weeks where every day is Monday? Us, too. Life has a way of testing the limits of our wallets, our patience, and our sanity. At the end of a day sometimes all we want is to mute the world and disappear.

We think a shower is as close a reprieve us adults can manage without leaving the house. Take a few minutes and reset. Let the water undo a long day. Let a creamy lather soothe some stress. Let a favorite scent put your churning mind in neutral.

Try a bar. Be somewhere else. The chaos can wait.

Chapter 5: For the Trees

We partner with One Tree Planted and the Arbor Day Foundation to plant trees in areas destroyed by wildfire with every order.

About the Founder

Yours Truly is an introvert who loves to write with pen and paper. From the smell of an old book to the tactile smoothness of a good pen, I love when I experience my world through sensation.

When my ADHD mind has trouble shutting off, I look to an extended shower - the privacy, the heat, the rhythm of water, the fragrance in the steam, the texture in my soap bar.. it reminds me that only this moment is real and everything will be okay.
